Thank you for the customer P&L reporting system that integrates our gross margin data and gives us a bigger and more transparent view of our customers and products we offer with contribution margin data by customer and item.

These reports are improving the margin and cash flow in our business. The product level data within each customer allows us to drilldown to the specific issue – Pricing/Cost/deductions/logistics/etc.. and convert the data to actionable follow-up.

The sales team is generating an excel file exported by this system and modeling pricing and cost issues before they visit a customer so they can proactively address profit improvement every time they meet with a customer. Our sales managers are now acting like business managers and we are able to incent them on margin results instead of sales volume.

It has been a pleasure working with you on this project with our team. We are just beginning to realize the potential of our collaboration with Software Creations.

The Magic program that you created for us has worked out wonderfully and is an extreme timesaver. We have gone from 4 – 4 1/2 hours of data entry down to less than 10 minutes to run the import. Thanks so much!
